What happens if the value of my collateral drops?
QFS maintains a 70% LTV ratio with a built-in safety margin of 20%. If collateral value drops below 85% of loan value, you will receive a margin call to add additional collateral or repay a portion. Your assets are never liquidated without 72-hour notice.
Can I repay my loan early?
Yes. There are absolutely no prepayment penalties. You can repay your entire loan or make partial payments at any time. Your collateral is immediately released back to your QFS Vault wallet upon full repayment.
